New Generation Track and Field is more than just a media company—it’s a creative agency, a brand, and a movement dedicated to showcasing the sport’s top athletes across multiple platforms.
With over 59,000 followers and a strong YouTube presence, they’ve built a dedicated audience that celebrates track and field like never before.

When they reached out to me, they wanted their website to embody a bold, nostalgic Y2K desktop aesthetic, bringing a Windows 98-inspired vibe to their brand. They provided an incredible mood board and the Squarespace platform as a foundation, and from there, I brought their vision to life with a fun, dynamic, and visually captivating design.

MOODBOARD
PERSONA
DESIGN START
I first always want to get the full mood of a company before starting any project. The owner and I gathered photos, icons, and gifs to collect my thoughts, ideas, and color schemes. The mood board has a great sense of showing me their brand identity, website aesthetic thoughts, and design.
I want to feel like I am the one shopping from this brand. By acting as an consumer it became an easier process for me to create a persona of someone who would purchase from this brand.
I first thought what gives a Windows 98 look. By looking over with their designs and color schemes. I decided creating GIFS, having Windows icons, and a fun windows desi would be perfect for this brand. It creates a fun color scheme and makes a wonderful design for their audience.
